Little Chef
Set up a pretend kitchen and invite your little one to chop, prepare and “cook” their vegetables. Talk about what they're making as they play.

Chop & Reconnect
Let your little one practise cutting the carrot and eggplant in half, then reconnecting the pieces with Velcro. Great for little hands!

Pop the Peas
Can they find the two peas hiding inside the runner bean pod? Count them together and pop them back in.

What's Under the Leaves?
Peel away the cabbage leaves one at a time and talk about the different textures, colours and parts of the vegetable.

Let's Go Shopping
Pair it with other pretend-play foods and create a little grocery shop. Ask your child what they'd like to buy and encourage them to name each vegetable.

Make Believe Meals
“Cook” a vegetable soup, stir-fry or dinner for their favourite teddy. Encourage them to serve it to you afterwards!
