Do you ship Australia wide?

Yes we do. We dispatch all orders from Melbourne via Australia Post.

Delivery timeframes from Melbourne:

  • Express Post: 1–2 business days (VIC) / 1–3 business days (Interstate)

  • Standard Post: 2–4 business days (VIC) / 3–6 business days (Interstate)

Please note: During peak periods (Christmas, Easter, and mid-year sales), delivery times may be longer.

Can I collect my order locally?

Yes! We offer local pick-up from our HQ in Reservoir, VIC.

Please allow 24 hours for your order to be ready. Urgent orders can be prepared within 1-2 hours. Contact us via our Contact page for more information.

Are you online only?

Yes, we operate solely online, but local pickup is available from Reservoir, VIC.

Can I change my order?

If your order has not yet been dispatched (you haven’t received a tracking email), you can change or cancel it. For more details, please see our Returns Policy.

What is your returns/refunds policy? 

We accept refunds and returns on items* within 14 days of delivery. Please refer to our Returns Policy for more information. 

Which payments do you accept?

We accept Mastercard, Visa, AMEX, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, Shop Pay, Afterpay, and ZipPay.

Please note: Due to the nature of our store, we do not accept cash.

Do you offer gift wrapping?

Yes! Gift wrapping is complimentary. Simply leave a note at checkout with the items you’d like wrapped.

Can you help me choose products?

Do you have educational toys for different developmental stages?

Yes! We also provide tips for making activities or toys more challenging as your little one masters new skills.

Do you test or certify the safety of your products? 

ec.baby stocks a variety of brands and we ensure all products meet Australian safety and information standards. We review ingredient lists, materials, safety sheets and certifications for every product we offer. Along with becoming familiar with the brands, their owners and ethics.
