Peel & discover
Can your little one peel the banana and orange? Talk about what’s inside and compare the different fruits.

Run a fruit shop
Set up a pretend fruit shop and let your little one be the shopkeeper. Practise asking for fruit, choosing items and “paying” for their shopping.

Sort & count
Sort the fruits by colour, size or type. Count how many pieces you have and see if your little one can find two fruits that are the same colour.

Make a snack
Pretend to prepare a fruit salad or morning snack. Ask your little one which fruits they would choose and encourage them to serve some to you, their siblings or their favourite toys.

Feed the teddy
Let your little one practise sharing by making a pretend meal for their favourite teddy or doll.
